Welcome to Best Sri Lanka Drivers. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment (as specified during the booking process).
- The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before or at the start of your tour.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon.
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in LKR/USD and include services specified in your itinerary.
- Prices do not include personal expenses, meals (unless mentioned), tips, or travel insurance.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of significant changes in fuel costs, taxes, or third-party supplier rates.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Client cancellations must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp).
- More than 30 days before tour start: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
- 15–30 days before tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- Company cancellations (e.g., unforeseen circumstances) will result in a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
Travel Documents & Insurance
- Clients are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
- We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and personal belongings.
Responsibilities
- We ensure professional drivers, safe vehicles, and reliable services.
- Clients must behave responsibly during tours and follow safety instructions provided by drivers/guides.
- We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, accidents, etc.).
Changes to Itinerary
- Minor changes to itineraries may occur due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
- We will do our best to provide suitable alternatives of equal value.
Use of Website
- Content on our website (text, photos, itineraries) is the property of Best Sri Lanka Drivers and may not be copied or used without permission.
- We are not responsible for external websites linked from our site.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
